Purchase and Payment Policy

1. Services

Nojoto provides self-managed events (LIVE Shows) organizing solutions to the Artists. Artists set up their event, fill up the details about their event such as event description, registration information collection and other such features.

2. Nojoto Wallet

• Nojoto wallet is a closed wallet which can be used to purchase products and services on Nojoto.
• Once it is recharged the cash cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to purchase goods and services on Nojoto’s platform.
• Money kept in Nojoto’s wallet is called Nojoto Rupees, and is not actually Indian Currency, but virtual credits, which can be used to purchase products and services on Nojoto.
• Customers using Nojoto wallet should be above 18 years

3. Cashback

• Cashbacks are promotional or reward credits that you earn when you use Nojoto.
• Cashbacks can be used for specific transactions only.
• Cashbacks cannot be redeemed or transferred to bank account.
• Cashback at all times remains the property of Nojoto, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to such customers to withdraw the same and benefits arising from it.
• Cashback that you earn when you book on the website, mobile apps and mobile web has a definite validity.
• Cashback and terms thereof may be modified at the sole discretion of Nojoto without prior intimation to the customers.

4. Event Organisers Terms

Nojoto offers organizers a web-based solution to organize events, meetings and to sell tickets for events of the Artists to customers by using Nojoto to take on the payment process. In detail Nojoto provides the following services to the organizer :

• A web-based software on the Nojoto-website to organize events and to sell tickets of the Artists for these events to ticket buyers.
• Only the user and the Artist of an event are entering into an agreement regarding the event and the disposal of tickets for that event. Nojoto only acts as a sales agent for the Artist of an event by order and for account of this Artist.

5. Payment & Fees

• Audience Pricing for each event decided by the Nojoto which includes the Payment Gateway Fees, Internet handling charges and applicable GST Tax.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm Wallet, UPI and PayU Money.
• After the payment is complete, You will receive a confirmation page or email
• If You do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our customer service department to confirm whether the order has been placed or not at Team@Nojoto.com

6. Cancellation, Exchanges and Refunds

• Payment Gateway to Wallet: In case your transactions fails because of any issue, the money will be refunded back to your bank account or wallet within 7 days of the transaction.
• Tickets & Purchases:
  • Tickets & purchases once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded
  • If an Event is cancelled or postponed and the Event Organisers of such Event agree on issuing a refund for the tickets, it shall be the Event Organiser's sole responsibility to contact You and process the refund and Nojoto shall have no liability in this regard.

7. Artist Earning

• To help everyone understand, exact earnings will be shared with everyone on email while onboarding of the Artist
• Artist commission is paid to the Artists at the end of every month with exact calculation and Invoice via mail.

8. Change of an Event

If an event for which tickets are sold or already have been sold via Nojoto shall be cancelled or changed (regarding date, time, venue or other important points) the Artist has to inform Nojoto immediately in writing once these circumstances have come to his attention.

9. Prevention against Fraud/Misuse:

If the organizer arouses suspicion of misuse of the Nojoto-Website, Nojoto has the right to deactivate the account of the Artist and to stop the event creation and ticket selling. In particular a suspicion of misuse of the Nojoto-Website is on hand, if it comes to attention before the event that the event shall not (or not in the way as stated in the ticket shop) take place; or illegal or immoral events shall take place or
If the organizer arouses suspicion of misuse of the Nojoto-Website, Nojoto has the right to delay the payout to the organizer even after 5 to 7 business days for further 60 days. Within these 60 days Nojoto will check if an improper use of the Nojoto-Website and / or Nojoto-Services occurred. Nojoto also reserves the right to block any event from its platform, if the event is found to be misleading to Nojoto users. (For example: if an event is listed as free and an Artist forces attendees to pay for the event separately, the listed event is deemed to be misleading to the event attendees.)

To verify your identity, we can ask for a valid ID proof like Passport and/or Emirates ID, and for Companies Trade license and/or TRN certificate. We require you to upload a copy of your valid ID proof, it will help us in identifying you to a high degree of fidelity as the inability to accurately identify individuals pose risks with respect to fraudulent claims, tax compliance, and creation or listing of valid events on Nojoto.

10. Duties of an Artist

The Artist has the duty to inform Nojoto immediately about unavailability or malfunctions of the Nojoto-Website.

The Artist has the obligation to inform Nojoto immediately about every change of his name, company name, address, legal form or bank details in written form or via EMail. The Artist shall not use the Nojoto-Services for illegal or immoral events such as political or religious extremism, pornographic, or violent events.

The Artist shall not use the Nojoto-Services to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; The Artist and/or Artist's event will not contain and/or promote any sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, including pornographic material, "adult friend finders" or dating sites with a sexual emphasis, "adult" toys or sexually explicit videos; The Artist and/or Artist's event will not contain and/or promote any way of provision or selling of drugs or prohibited substances; The organizer shall not use the Nojoto-Services to harm minors in any way; The Artist shall not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Nojoto representative, forum leader, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent its affiliation with a person or entity; The Artist shall not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Information transmitted through the Service.

11. Information Disclosure

To the extent required or permitted by law, Nojoto may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Nojoto, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with any User Content, any Third Party Applications, Software or Content you post or share on or through the website, your use of this website, your conduct in connection with this website or with other users of the website , or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party. Nojoto reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Nojoto, including rights to settle, and you agree to cooperate with Nojoto’s defense and settlement of these claims. You hereby expressly release Nojoto, its affiliates, their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions/inactions of our partners/sellers and specifically waiver any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf under any statute, contract or otherwise.

13. Force Majure

We shall not be liable to you for any failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement or any other Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. If we are affected by such an event, we shall forthwith inform you of the same through our website and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

14. Privacy

• Customer grants his/her consent to Nojoto for creating, storing, maintaining and updating their personal data. Such data shall include customer’s data (like name, address, telephone number, mobile number, date of birth, areas of interest, preferences etc. as provided by the customers), usage data (including without limitation, transactions and Cashback accrued, etc.), and data concerning contacts with Nojoto (including without limitation, enquiry regarding transactions) for the purpose of providing relevant information, personalized offers and customer services to the customers.
• All customer data shall be collected, stored, protected and used in the manner indicated in Nojoto’s Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time) available at https://nojoto.com/privacyPolicy.php
• The customer solicits and authorizes Nojoto to contact him by voice call, sms and/ or email. Customer hereby unconditionally consents that such contact by Nojoto is (a) upon the request and authorization of the Customer, (b) 'transactional' and not an 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per the guidelines of Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) and (c) in compliance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI or such other authority in India and abroad. The Customer will indemnify Nojoto against all types of losses and damages incurred by Nojoto due to any action taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations) or any other authority due to any erroneous compliant raised by the Customer on Nojoto with respect to the intimations mentioned above or due to a wrong number or email id being provided by the customer for any reason whatsoever.
• Nojoto reserves the right to offer Cashback to any customer as it may deem fit.
