Laces I think I have a problem I don't know what to do I am so intoxicated I can't tie my shoes Both laces are right there But it seems like more My vision is so blurry I think I see four I reach for one lace I think I see two I think I have it now Now I'm turning blue I reach for the second It also has doubled I grasp it clumsily But again I fumbled The second lace fell And to my surprise The first lace as well All could hear my cries Back to the start Where both are loose They still look blurry Oh, what's the use? I soon found a solution With no laces to tie I reached for my boots Easier with impaired eyes ©Schizology

Gift of music Wherever I may go Away in the distance I hear the sweet sounds I feel it in an instant The rhythm of guitar The beating of drums Maybe a horn or two A bass that's strummed A singer that wails Or a mellow tone Together they all Put you in a zone Pianos and organs Violins and cellos Just a milk bottle It would still bellow At a huge concert Or at a small bar With the right sound People come from afar The various genres Oh there's so many Millions of songs I don't want to miss any Of all the things around Music is universal I don't know anyone That thinks it is dull Music may be a gift From a higher being To share amongst us And share a common feeling ©Schizology

A great cat What a great cat you are Above all by so very far So mellow and so calm As you lay on the lawn Affectionate and loving When you need your rubbing A scratch there on your head Then some lap time before bed Curled up on your green chair You soundly as I stare It's not common, a cat like you I've known a couple , or a few You go out on your journeys But return before I get worried Gone all day and then all night Around seven am , back at daylight A wonderful cat you will always be I'm sure many folks would agree ©Schizology
