I have heard it said & have said it myself. , . "It' s okay not to be okay" . But is it really? When the smile Straightens & laughter falls silent & each time you are asked are you okay? ' you lie & say ' I'm fine, just tired'because it's easier than explaining that everything is far from okay. . for anyone right now. Until, one day the weight becomes too heavy & like clouds full of rain the tears just start falling from your eyes. & they ask, once again. . . are you okay? & you can't answer any other way, than truthfully. . .
